Charles J. Sippl
Charles J. Sippl was an American computer scientist. He taught a variety of Computer, Management, and Mathematics courses at several California colleges and universities. His Bachelor of Science in Finance was from the University of Wisconsin, and his Master of Arts in Economics was from the University of Miami.
