Electronics Engineer became cartographer in 1968, went full time 1972. Compiled maps of Guernsey, Jersey, Isle of Wight and West Glamorgan 1968-1989. Map of Isle of Man drawn not published. Trades as Perry Graphics. Re-located to Malta in 1990 and compiled maps of Malta and Gozo under title RMF Street Maps until 2001. The maps that bear his name have been re-drawn digitally and are successfully published by Coast Ltd in the Channel Islands and ITP in the Isle of Wight. Now, despite partial blindness, concentrates on detailed village plans such as that for Findern, South Derbyshire and Nadur, Gozo. Lives with his second wife Josie and Guide Dog in Xaghra, Gozo.
