The day of trouble near, the tokens of it, and a due preparation for it: in three sermons on Ezekiel VII. 7. The first of which was preached on the Lord's day, October 29, 1727. which was the day immediately preceding the late earthquake: the other two were prepared for, and one of them was preach'd on a day of public fasting and prayer. Nov. 16 and the other on Lord's day. Nov. 19. To which is added, a sermon on Deuteronomy v. 29. preached the Wednesday after that awakening providence; and an Appendix, giving some account of the earthquake, as it was in Hampton, and something remarkable of thunder and lightning in that town, in the year 1727
