Description
"Frozone, (aka Lucius Best), is a super with ice-making powers and Mr. Incredible's (aka Bob Parr) best friend. The powerful pair have always battled evil side by side. When the government tells supers they can't use their powers, Frozone plays by the rules--until a giant menace threatens. Realizing he must use his power for a greater good, Frozone teams up with Bob again, proving that friendship is thicker than ice.
