Description

Captain AH Trapman aka 'Toto' discovers a family gift turned multi million pound IOU from President George Washington, whilst researching and writing his best seller The Dog Man's Best Friend in New York Central Library. His own Yellow Brick Road leads him to confront old enemies from his Intelligence days before WW1 and a plot to ruin the world economy.
