Reply to an address of the Legislative Assembly to His Excellency, the Lieutenant-Governor, dated the 21st December 1877, asking for copies of all reports, plans, correspondence and documents connected with the line of the Quebec, Montreal, Ottawa and Occidental Railway, between Three-Rivers and Montreal, and of all orders-in-council establishing the said line or changing the original direction thereof
