Return showing, as regards each port or other sanitary district in England and Wales (exclusive of any district wholly or partly in London), in respect of which, during the year ended the 25th day of March 1905, cases of small-pox have been reported to the Local Government Board, the number of such cases; and also, where the number reported has exceeded 100, the estimated amount of the expenditure incurred by the sanitary authority in consequence of the occurrence of such cases
