The act of the General Assembly of Maryland granting a charter to the Bank of Baltimore
entitled, "An act to establish a bank and incorporate the subscribers thereto," passed at November session, 1795, and the several supplements which have been passed prior to the first day of December, 1816, to which is added, a list of the several acts published at length, which have been passed prior to December the 1st, 1816, relating to the several banks of this state, the provisions of which apply to the Bank of Baltimore, and the benefits and privileges of which are conferred upon that bank in common with others
