The second appeal was by the Caledon Ratepayers Association and several other local residents from a decision of the Niagara Escarpment Commission, whereby the Commission approved an application, by the Lawgren Group Inc., to install a well, pumphouse and approved waterline to service an approved 40-lot Plan of Subdivision in the Villange of Cataract....issued at Toronto this 17th day of December, 1991.
