United States Theatre, City of Washington, on Friday evening, Aug. 29th, 1800 will be presented a celebrated comedy, called "The Wheel of Fortune," written by Richard Cumberland, Esq., author of the West Indian, Jew, &c, and performed at the Theatre, Drury-Lane, London, with unbounded applause.
