A schedule of the net duties payable on the importation of certain goods, wares, and merchandize therein enumerated, whether imported directly from Great Britain or from other countries

which duties so paid, are upon exportation thereof within three years after import wholly drawn back, except those paid on foreign goods, imported from any other country than Great Britain, and afterwards exported to any of the British plantations in America or the West Indies, or the British settlements on the coast of Africa
