Then he elaborates on various environment issues, including Bodega Bay and Harbor and the Nuclear Power Plant proposed there by Pacific Gas & Electric, the Nuclear Safeguards Act, forestry management under Governor Jerry Brown, being General Manager of the East Bay Regional Park District; his representation of the Sierra Club, and mediating disputes btetween the Sierra Club and the Sierra Club Legal Defense Fund, as well as his legal career at Garry, Dreyfus, McTernan, and Brotsky, and being Superior Court Judge of Contra Costa County.
