In 1726, the production of porcelain started at Rörstrand Castle in Stockholm. The porcelain factory's success began with the first blue-painted patterns and Rococo's multicolored, flower-decorated faience. During the early 20th century, Rörstrand was a large industry that won international success, but everything started from Lidköping on the shores of Lake Vänern.
