It is hard to realize that ten years ago Jim Coogler, Judi Wood and I were sipping wine and eating cheese on Sunday evenings at Jim's house and listening to him talk about the frustrations of his recent divorce, of the adversarial divorce process, and how there could be a better way to manage divorce if only someone had the courage and the drive to do it.
