An act to create a Board of Industrial Safety for the purpose of preventing labor accidents in industries

to determine its duties and functions; to authorize said board to prescribe administrative industrial safety rules; to charge the Commissioner of Labor with enforcing such industrial safety rules as may be approved pursuant to this act, and for other purposes
