Mr. Pym his speech in Parliament, on Saturday the 19th of February concerning the passing of the Bill in the Commons House, for the present pressing of 15000 men to be immediately transported for Ireland, which bill was that evening sent up to the Lords for their assent, and was by them also consented to, and passed accordingly.
