Proposed new obligational authority for various agencies and the District of Columbia

Communication from the President of the United States transmitting new obligational authority in the amount of $325,000 for the fiscal year 1962 and $1,341,840,131 for fiscal year 1963 for various agencies and $5,414,000 for the District of Columbua for fiscal year 1963.
