As also, An humble remomstance [!] of several indirect practises of Sir John Clotworthy, knight, Mr. John Davis, and William Summers, servant to the late Lord Viscount Rennellaugh, in their imbeziling and disposal of several victuals, arms, and clothes, designed for the relief of the souldiers of Ireland, contrary to several orders of Parliament, and the Irish Committee (by whom they were designed) as they lie proved before the Committee of accounts and the said orders, more at large will appear
