Gli argomenti spaziano quindi intorno ad alcuni dei temi più ampiamente dibattuti nella storia delle arti figurative: il ruolo del disegno, la sua evoluzione nel corso del tempo, la molteplicità di modi espressivi e di strumenti di lavoro che la pratica del disegno, costantemente in equilibrio tra caratteri di permanenza e trasformazioni radicali, mette a disposizione degli artisti.
