Entitled, an act for raising a supply of one hundred thousand pounds, for levying, paying, and cloathing, two thousand six hundred and eighty effective men, officers included, for forming an army of twenty thousand men, to invade in conjunction with a body of His Majesty's regular troops, the French possessions in Canada; for emitting bills of credit for the like sum; and for sinking and cancelling the said bills in short periods.
