Description
The projections are based on the population estimates as of July 1, 2000. The projections take into account recent and emerging demographic trends in fertility, mortality, international migration (immigration and emigration), non-permanent residents (NPR), and internal migration. A range of scenarios by age and sex are provided to 2026 for Canada, provinces and territories; and to 2051 for Canada.
