whereas a treaty was made and concluded at the city of Washington, in the District of Columbia, on the fourteenth day of June, in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty-six, by and between Dennis N. Cooley and Elijah Sells, commissioners on the part of the United States, and Ok-ta-has Harjo, Cow-mikko, and Cotch-cho-chee, delegates at large of the Creek Nation of Indians, and D.N.
