Protecting the interests of the United States in leases made on naval reserves. Communication from the President of the United States transmitting supplemental estimate of appropriation for the fiscal year ending June 30, 1925, to remain available until expended, to enable the Chief Executive to continue such action as may be required for the purpose of insuring enforcement of either civil or criminal liability pertaining to oil leases made on the naval reserves and the protection of the interests of the United States in such reserves.
