Istarski sabor je bio zemaljski sabor Istre koji je djelovao od ukidanja apsolutizma 1860. do kraja Austro-ugarske monarhije. Glavno mjesto njegova zasjedanja bio je Poreč, ali se kasnije preselio u Pulu i Koper. Knjiga obrađuje djelatnost sabora, opisuje zgrade u kojima je zasjedao i donosi biografije najistaknutijih hrvatskih, talijanskih i slovenskih političara koji su sudjelovali u njegovom radu, a popračena je odličnim fotografijama (prije svega obnovljene porečke sabornice) i portretima zastupnika u srednjem vijeku.
