Description

"Intellectual Property - Part I" The compilation presents the legal framework for the rights relating to literary, artistic and scientific works, computer programs, databases, performances by performers, as well as the rights of producers of sound recordings, of film producers, of radio and television organizations and database producers. The Information Annex contains lists of multilateral international treaties and acts of European Union law in the field of copyright and related rights. The texts have been annotated with previous revisions of amended and repealed provisions, references to acts implementing the laws and between legal norms included in the collection.
