This report is a summary of the results of a field program undertaken in the summer of 1973 at a site located near Tuktoyaktuk, N.W.T. The primary objective of the study was to provide an assessment of the general applicability and predictive capacity of an Energy Budget approach to the establishment of a quantitative classsification system for different levels of terrain disturbance.
