Description

This book was illustrated by Eileen Hogan, designed and typeset by Libanus Press of Marlborough, printed on Zerkall paper by Smith Settle of Otley and bound at the Fine Bindery. The edition consists of 50 de luxe copies bound with a leather spine and two extra prints numbered 1 to 50. 150 special copies bound with a leather spine and with an extra print numbered 51 to 200. 50 standard copies bound with a cloth spine and numbered 201 to 250.
