Description
In the small western New York town of North Tonawanda(NT), there is a group of close-knit guys who hang out together and try to keep to themselves. However, events occur that force these friends to get involved in matters they would rather ignore. A series of very public and similar-type murders occur in and around NT. Young, wise-guy detective, Charlie Corelli, has his eyes on a particular suspect; but the detective cannot find the proof he needs to arrest this suspect. Another person is then arrested and imprisoned for one of the killings. Detective Corelli will not give up his dogged pursuit of his prime suspect, Geno Cantore. Geno is gliding along through his college years, continually annoyed by Detective Corelli, but more interested in hockey, beer and women. And then Geno meets the woman of his dreams; beautiful, brash attorney, Cher Summerfield. Attorney Summerfield is doing her best to become a partner at her law firm, and sees Geno as a stepping stone to accomplishing her goal. What starts out as a business relationship, quickly turns into a passion-filled relationship between Geno and Cher. Just when Geno believes that Detective Corelli has finally given up, new evidence surfaces, and Geno is again a prime suspect. Will Geno's lover and attorney, Cher, rescue him or be the 'final nail in his coffin?'
