Report of the committee to whom it was referred, on the 14th and 19th of February last, to enquire and report what progress has been made in the execution of the Act, providing for the sale of the lands of the United States in the territory north-west of the river Ohio, and above the mouth of Kentucky River; and whether any and what amendments ought to be made therein--and particularly, whether any alteration ought to be made in the rate at which the said lands may be sold under the said act; and also to enquire into the expediency of selling a certain tract extending along the Indian territorial line to actual settlers
