"Two hundred thirty-four tracts 452,378 ha (1,117,827 acres) of OCS land are proposed for leasing action. The tracts are located offshore Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama. If implemented, this sale is tentatively scheduled to be held in April 1977. All tracts offered pose some degree of pollution risk to the environment"--Title page verso.
