Description
In preparation for Lambeth 2008, this work summarizes the response to the increasingly unorthodox and immoral tendencies of the Episcopal Church USA and the Anglican Church of Canada. The attempt to reestablish biblical standards, largely led by Third World bishops, has led to the alienation of the American and Canadian churches from the Anglican Communion. The election of a divorced father who is living with his homosexual partner has been particularly provocative.
