Fondée sur un corpus recueilli auprès de 33 informateurs appartenant à douze villes marocaines, cette étude s'inscrit dans le cadre de l'approche insertionnelle, plus précisément du Matrix Language Frame de C. Myers-Scotton et s'ouvre sur ses deux autres modèles : "4-M" et "the Abstract Level Model".
