1. a statement showing the sums paid by the government to the Baie des Chaleurs Railway Company ... ; 2. copies of all reports made by any engineer or officer of the government in reference to the said railway ... ; 3. copies of letters or other communications between the Department of Public Works of any other department and the President or any other officer of the said Railway Company ... ; 4. copies of all letters of communications, written or addressed to any other person or persons, company or companies, by the government of the Honorable Mr. DeBourcherville ... ; 5. copies of all reports and orders in Council in virtue of which and distribution of the said subsidy many have been made to or in favor of any other railway or railways
