Bill pour ériger certains townships [sic], auprès de la Rivière des Outaouais, en un District Inférieur, qui doit être appellé le District Inférieur des Outaouais, pour ériger une Cour de Jurîdiction Inférieure et de Sessions Générales de la Paix dans le dit District Inférieur, et pour la commodité et le soulagement des habitans qui y résident.
